Production of Townscape, Visual and Heritage Impact Report in collaboration with RMA Heritage to support a planning application for mixed use regeneration scheme adjoining Clapham Common comprising:

  • 1.5 ha site
  • 297 residential units
  • building heights up to 11 storeys
  • substantial new public realm
  • 4800m2 industrial/commercial floorspace including waste transfer facility

The report to Lambeth Planning Committee (5.9.2017) stated:

“A Townscape, Visual and Heritage Impact Report (TVHIR) has been submitted, and provides a thorough evaluation of the impact of the proposal in terms of its siting, height and form on strategic views, the surrounding context and heritage assets.”

Planning permission given March 2018.
